Trisha is a skilled contract administrator and paralegal with significant experience in the energy and healthcare industries.
Before joining Relativity Law, she held the positions of Project Administrator, Contract Specialist and Contract Administrator for DNV KEMA and DNV GL-Energy, which provide global classification, technical assurance, software and independent expert advisory services to the energy industry.
While there, she supported all aspects of contract administration, including negotiation, proposal preparation and management for an international high power electrical testing laboratory; administered a workflow tracker designed to monitor all phases of contract bidding and implementation; analyzed and prepared a wide variety of contracts; provided initial review of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs); and performed final peer review of Commercial and Industrial (C&I) rebate applications to ensure consistency and adherence to Pennsylvania’s Act 129 program policies.
She is adept at conducting legal research and providing analysis to assist attorneys in developing winning legal strategies. Prior to her time in the energy space, she held various administrative positions in the medical field, and she holds a degree in Paralegal Studies.
